（三）标高及尺寸
1.本设计图纸标高以米为单位，其他尺寸以毫米为单位。
2.吊顶标高以所在楼层地坪完成面为基准点。
3.当图纸标注与现场尺寸相矛盾时，以现场尺寸为准，若有较大差异时，施工单位应及时通知设计单位，以便及时调整或变更设计，切忌用比例尺度量图纸。

（四）防火设计
1.本设计不改变建筑设计的防火分区、防火设施，防火门的位置、大小、开启方向和防火等级。
2.所有隐蔽木作部分须做防腐、防火处理。
3.此次装修设计不改变原有厂房消防系统。

（五）室内装饰材料及做法
墙体工程
1.新砌轻质砌块隔墙
*100厚轻质砌块隔墙错缝搭砌，粉刷水泥砂浆，批腻子，面刷白色乳胶漆。
构造和技术要求参见国家标准设计图集《内装修-墙面装修》13J502-1。
2. 局部墙面修复
*针对建筑1、2、3楼破损、起皮、霉变的内墙面进行表面铲除，水泥砂浆找平，重新批腻子，面刷白色乳胶漆。

(C) elevation and size

* 100 thick light block the wrong wall joints dredging, cement mortar whitewash, approved putty, surface paint white latex paint.
