3.I'm sorry ,but the house is not of sale.(这里补充一句，一般都说not on sale)

4.The girl is scared of walking through the forest alone.
The girl is afraid of passing the forest by herself.

第三句是“不好意思，但是这座房子并没有打算卖出”
第四句是“这个女孩惧怕独自一人穿越森林”
